Vin Alabiso

Managing Member

Vin established Latitude Financial Management, LLC based upon the experience gained during 20 years working in finance and banking roles.  Vin offers clients a unique perspective gained from his experience working in analytical, advisory, and senior management roles.    

 

Prior to founding Latitude Financial Management, LLC, Vin served in public finance investment banking and commercial banking roles.  Vin also previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Massachusetts School Building Authority, a quasi-independent public authority established as part of an innovative reform of the process for funding capital improvement projects in public schools across Massachusetts. He has participated in the issuance of more than $20 billion of municipal securities during his career.

Previous to his work at the Massachusetts School Building Authority, Vin served as Budget Director for the Committee on Ways and Means within the Massachusetts House of Representatives, where he was responsible for managing the development of the Commonwealth's $27 billion operating budget, and all supplemental appropriation and capital authorization bills for the House of Representatives.

 

Vin is a graduate of Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, summa cum laude. He currently holds FINRA Series 50 and 54 licenses, and in previous roles held Series 7, 52, 53, and 63 licenses.
